As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all workshop activities to ensure deadlines, quality, and safety standards are being met.Austcorp Executive is partnering with a leading Australian owned company specializing in the design and manufacture of industry-leading OEM lifting equipment for Australian and International markets. This company operates within national and international markets covering a diverse and exciting project range.The team is looking to recruit a Workshop Manager to lead and manage a team of Boilermakers and Mechanical fitters. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of a team of boilermakers and fitters.Work closely with engineering, procurement, and the senior leadership team.Identify areas of improvement in current manufacturing processes.Ensure workshop quality and safety standards are being met. A little bit about you: Trade Qualification (Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter, etc.)A minimum of 5 years experience managing a large workshop.Experience working with an Original Equipment Manufacturer.Experience with Heavy Fabrication and Assembly.Welding Inspection Experience (Preferred).
