OPPORTUNITY This is an opportunity to work under Partners who have decades of experience operating within commercial law. They are heavily involved with mentorship and guidance, and will contribute immensely to your professional development. This team covers a broad range of commercial law matters, and you will gain exposure to things like complex front end commercial, banking and finance, and intellectual property matters. Your key responsibilities will include: Drafting various commercial agreements. Providing relevant advice to clients on trust structures, sale or purchase of assets, Shareholder Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and more. Take carriage of files, work closely with Partners and peers. Conducting extensive legal research. Analysing legal documents.
