About the Role
Contribute to the effective delivery of professional workforce services to management and staff at Logan and Beaudesert Health Service. Human Resources encompasses human resource management, industrial/employee relations including human resource matters, recruitment and selection, award entitlement information, and injury management.
1. Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers, staff and the Logan Beaudesert Health Service on a broad range of workforce issues in a complex and diverse environment.
2. Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and presentation on a range of people management practices.
3. Participate in the management of grievances, industrial matters and disputes, complex cases, organisational change, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, WorkCover claims, and workplace rehabilitation.
4. Assist in the review of the facility's people management practices and procedures to ensure compliance with contemporary public sector requirements and assist in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
