But enough about us, let's talk aboutyou Your days will be busy and varied as you lead HR systemsadministration, configuration, implementation, improvements,support, and ongoing maintenance.
You will be working with a highlevel of autonomy and responsibility, providing business solutions,strategies, and recommendations to the City of Mandurah.
You willbe an excellent organiser and communicator and be able to showinitiative, partnering and providing advice to a variety ofstakeholders whilst providing excellent customer service to meetand exceed deadlines.
You will be involved in exciting HR projects,research and change management initiatives.
You will be responsible for: Support the development; testing; and implementation; of HR Systems and development of new modules, products and processes.
Support leadership decision making through the development and introduction of robust reporting and dashboard capability for People (HR, Payroll and Safety) systems including TechnologyOne, and all other current or future People Systems sources of people data.
Support the People and Culture team in the business improvement and integration of TechnologyOne and other HR Systems including rostering, EmpLive, Big RedSky, and LITMOS.
Support the systems solutions in the delivery of a Learning Management System, Talent and Performance System and replacement of the current rostering system.
Design, create and implement configurations across BPA's, Forms, Dashboards and other areas of business automation within OneCouncil.
Working with other IT professionals and SME's to ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach is taken in the development and enhancement of OneCouncil across the CoM's business units.
In partnership with People and Culture specialists, review and redesign existing HR processes for alignment with on line workflow and self-service solutions.
Provide project management capability in the delivery of HR and Payroll Systems solutions and enabling the option to progress with systems solutions where internal and external technical support is limited.
Providing a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Engage key functional expertise in the mapping, simplification and improvement of People and Culture business processes to enable TechnologyOne and other HR Systems solutions.
Being an engaged and active part of the People and Culture team, to support a high performing, harmonious and supportive team culture.
You will be great in the role if you have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Business or a relevant industry qualification is preferred (However, please note that applicants without a formal qualification but with substantial experience will still be considered and remuneration will be negotiated accordingly).
Six Sigma training (desirable) Accredited in Project Management, Change Management and Process Improvement (desirable).
Cert IV in Training (desirable) Minimum 3 years' experience as a technology consultant, analyst programmer or business systems specialist.
Basic understanding of SQL Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and APIs (REST) Demonstrated experience in the management, administration and maintenance of HR and related technologies.
Sound understanding of systems development methodologies and systems development Able to work with large volumes of data.
Capacity to work with all levels of stakeholders to solve problems and resolve issues.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
The ability to communicate and work collaboratively with diverse team members.
The finer details This permanent full-time position attracts a competitive Level 8annual remuneration of $109,098 - $115,568 per annum dependent onqualifications and experience and a wide range of benefits toreward your contribution.
