Here's a snapshot of your day: Reporting to the Area General Manager, the Account Manager is to provide leadership and guidance in delivering the portfolio strategy and operational outputs across the property portfolio. Other responsibilities include: - Responsible for the delivery of efficient and cost-effective premises management. - Direct liaison with Client senior management, personnel and external service providers as necessary to fulfil the role and to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Ensure the best and most effective performance of the team dedicated to the account. - Plan and manage the service delivery team encompassing staffing, training, and support personnel for whole account. - Setting and implementing strategic plans for the provision of premises to align with the business plans of the organisation. - Monitor service standards in line with with client expectations on an ongoing basis. - Manage contractual relationships and works with the Client's Representative to ensure excellent service delivery to Client's sites, and reviews and monitors whole of contract performance in line with KPI, SLA and/or contractual commitments. - Drive the account to meet all financial and performance targets agreed. - Ensure all regulatory and compliance commitments are met in line with client and CBRE standards and local legislation. - Develop and maintain HSEQ documentation for the site (including but not limited to emergency procedures, risk register, contractor management). Skills and experience: - Experience in a property-based facilities and/or operations role. - Exceptional client relationship building skills. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain task focused. - Strong negotiation and influencing skills. - Ability to effectively present information.
