Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.Description: About the opportunity With a healthy pipeline of diverse projects coming through the door, our team needs to grow! In this role you’ll work with designers, civil engineers, and construction administrators to bring to life complex commercial and industrial works along with masterplanned communities, contributing throughout the project lifecycle. This role will see you:Being the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed.Preparing design concepts, CAD models and detailed design for civil engineering requirements such as drainage, sewerage, road and associated infrastructure.Reading and interpreting civil drawings and applying design principles to translate concepts and information into drawings, using feedback to modify designs.Supporting and mentoring junior design team members by sharing your knowledge and experience to help support their professional development, as well as your own.Championing the use of 12D and other design/modelling tools to streamline design processes and create enhanced outputs.Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues.Proactively identifying and resolving technical design issues with the wider design team.Over time, taking on leadership responsibilities such as managing, developing and mentoring others, growing into a Team Lead role.About youYou are a seasoned Civil Engineer with experience delivering land development projects and associated infrastructure. You thrive in an environment which provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity.
