About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead and inspire a team of talented Account Executives, driving growth in the ever-evolving world of online shopping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Account Executives, setting and communicating priorities, making decisions that align with Google's values.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of Google advertising products and their applications in meeting diverse marketing objectives.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, including emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviors.
* Pursue new business opportunities to expand market share, achieving and exceeding sales goals.
* BUILD and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, understanding business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
* 6 years of experience in the e-commerce industry or online ads.
* 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
* Experience in a leadership role.
