We create thriving communities in remote locations by enhancing the productivity of the resources sector. We're currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support two large WA remote sites.
The Role:
* Provide expert HR generalist advice and support to line managers on HR/IR/ER matters, including performance management, remuneration, and HR policies and procedures.
* Counsel line managers on how to engage, develop, reward, and retain their employees.
* Assist in resolving employee grievances.
* Roll out HR initiatives, strategies, and tools, ensuring compliance with industrial instruments and HR metrics.
* Collaborate with the broader HR team to deliver seamless services to all stakeholders.
About You:
* Tertiary qualification in HR/IR/ER.
* Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training desirable.
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Demonstrates initiative.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain a professional and positive approach when dealing with confidential, personal, or difficult issues.
* Pro-active, well-organised, and able to work independently.
* Experience in organisational and company culture development.
