Cadillac RV is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Epping, VIC.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office/warehouse and providing administrative support to the directors.
This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
* Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
* Oversee the administrative staff and delegate tasks as required
* Maintain and update office policies, procedures and employee handbooks
* Manage the office budget and procurement of supplies and equipment
* Coordinate office events, meetings and travel arrangements
* Provide support to the directors as needed
* Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries
* Identify opportunities to improve office systems and processes
What we're looking for
* Significant experience as an Office Manager or Senior Manager within the Caravan Industry
* Excellent organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficient in using office software and technology
* Experience with office budgeting and purchasing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
