Fantastic Opportunity for a Client Services / ASIC Administrator with a Highly Regarded Accounting Practice Our client is a thriving firm located in the Melbourne. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide client support and administration assistance to Partners, Managers and Accountants. The successful candidate will be a strong supporter of a team environment, with a can do attitude, an eye for detail, outstanding communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Your responsibilities will include: Client correspondence Preparation and maintenance of databases Collating returns & financials Fee preparation ATO correspondence Preparation of ATO registrations Formatting and compilation of documents for clients Scanning, emailing, filing Relief reception duties General office support duties To be successful in this role you will: Have previous experience in a similar role within an accounting practice (highly desirable) Have experienced in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude" Have excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
