Job Title: Onshore Test Manager Contract Duration: 3 Months (Likely Extension) Project: Platform Upgrade SOW 25 Location: Hybrid Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Onshore Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for a critical platform upgrade initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the testing function into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering process. You will champion the use of robust quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity across testing operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage onshore testing teams, driving high performance and accountability. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both Automated and Functional Testing. Make critical decisions and provide direction for the team and across multiple teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Ensure the successful execution and management of test plans, including automation. Develop innovative solutions to address testing challenges and improve efficiency. Contribute to key project decisions and strategic initiatives related to quality engineering. Required Skills & Experience: Expert proficiency in Automated Testing tools and frameworks. Strong proficiency in Functional Testing, including test case design and execution. Proven experience in Test Execution and Test Management. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
