HR Advisor – Contract Role We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a high-performing people function for a government client.
This contract role is available until approximately 12 September 2025 and requires working across Doncaster, Port Melbourne, and remote locations, with hybrid flexibility.
Please note that this role requires travel within Western and Northern suburbs as required.
The successful candidate will provide expert HR advice across performance management, grievances, employee relations, and enterprise agreement interpretation.
This is not a generalist HR support role — we are specifically seeking candidates with demonstrated experience managing complex people matters and coaching leaders through performance-related issues.
Key Focus Areas: Performance management guidance and case management Handling grievances and employee relations matters Interpreting policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements Supporting leaders with HR best practice and compliance About You: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline Strong experience in senior HR advisory roles, ideally in public sector or complex environments Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide sound, pragmatic HR advice Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
