The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor As a Training Advisor you will be providing accredited and non-accredited training to clients through ETC's Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program. The training is designed to help clients develop their language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills in conjunction with overall employability skills to progress clients into employment or further study. It is a rewarding role where you can directly influence clients to become 'job-ready' and achieve positive life skills, and ultimately employment outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities will include; Coordinate, deliver and evaluate accredited and non-accredited training in accordance with SEE contractual guidelines and ETC's service delivery models Coordinate relevant interactive group activities designed to engage learners with low LLND skills Assist with providing 1-on-1 coaching and job search support Assist with completing Pre-Training Assessments (PTA) and engage customers on a Personal Pathway Plan (PPP) Criteria for Success Must hold a current TAE40116 or TAE40122; and TAESS00009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set; or a higher level education qualification, such as: TAE80113 Graduate Diploma of Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice (and its equivalent TAE70111); or Bachelor of Education, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Education, or higher.
