We are currently looking for passionate and highly dedicated applicants to join our Culinary Team as Junior Sous Chefs in one of our exciting venues.
The salary on offer for this role is $78 855 inclusive of superannuation.

Successful candidates will have:
17. Solid experience Demi Chef/Chef de Partie and relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
18. Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
19. Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Work rights and the availability to commit to a full time role, (40 hours per week) working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Based on the venue, some duties will include but are not limited to:
22. Be accountable for supervising a section of the kitchen
23. Train staff at lower levels, coach, and guide employees to perform kitchen operations
24. Handle and follow up on all incidents immediately, and report accurately
25. Maintaining food cost to parameter given by the company
26. Keeping outlet ahead of HACCP standards
