The Role :
* Manage Cases Independently: Take ownership of a diverse range of family law matters, including complex property settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements, and spousal maintenance.
* Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice.
* Court Representation: Represent clients in court and mediation settings.
* Mentorship and Leadership: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff as required.
* Billing Targets: Achieve a billable target of 6.5 hours per day.
* Collaboration: Participate in daily virtual team meetings to discuss ongoing cases.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on legislative changes in Family Law.
About You :
* A minimum of 9 years post-admission experience in Family Law.
* Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving billable targets.
* Honesty and integrity, with a track record that reflects genuine expertise and capability in Family Law.
