The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.Reporting to our IT Support Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:Effectively work with and provide a high level of support to the IT Support Manager and internal usersTroubleshooting IT software and hardware issuesCoordinating with IT Service Desk to solve any IT related issuesGenerating monthly sales reportsMaintaining the data integrity of our CRM and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) systemsAssisting with the uploading of supplier pricelists into Microsoft DynamicsIT setup for new staff membersManaging the offices PrintersMaintenance of IT inventory to ensure our IT needs are met and organising the ordering of any additional inventory requiredThe successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems viewed favorably. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to build rapport quickly.
