Job Description
The Customer Support Consultant position entails answering real-time inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting weekly service and sales KPIs.

Qualifications
* Must have Permanent Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
* Sales experience with a customer focus and hitting targets.
* Preferably, some background in customer service, retail, or sales.
* It's a plus if you know about electronics and whitegoods, but not a must.
* Great at communicating, both written and verbally.
* Committed to giving customers top-notch service.
* Self-driven and can work independently when needed.
* Comfortable with computers and open to learning new tech.
* Great at connecting with people and building relationships.
* Great attention to detail.
Additional Information
* Permanent Full-time role or Part-time (Min 4 days)
* Shift patterns available: 6:30am to 3:00pm, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 9:30am to 6:00pm & 2:30pm to 11:00pm.
* Competitive Salary + Super + Bonuses + Penalty Rates + Overtime (OTE On Target Earnings $70,000+)!
