ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Digital Activation Executive is responsible for ensuring that clients' investment delivers against their business objectives while building strong relationships. They will support, coach, and train the Coordinators and Digital Activation Executives in the team, ensuring their outputs meet expectations. The Senior Digital Activation Executive works closely with their Managers and Directors to deliver best-in-class Search and Social solutions to clients. KEY OUTPUTS Campaign Implementation Full ownership of day-to-day workflow on tier 1, 2 & 3 clients, engaging Managers/Directors when required to ensure no basic errors and strong performance. Reviewing and responding to client briefs, ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of Google and Facebook campaigns. Full responsibility for the accuracy of implementation within the team and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs. Full responsibility for the accuracy of reporting, developing clear insights to ensure the client understands the impact of their investment on their business. Client Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables, striving for innovation. Responsible for ensuring we are in the best position to hit designated client's business KPI's. Focused on building strong professional relationships with clients. Complete ownership of tier 2 & 3 clients, with significant involvement in assisting on Tier 1 clients, including presentations, meetings, and WIPs. Full ownership of Tier 1, 2 & 3 client roadmaps. Team & Communication Developing strong working relationships with the Digital Activation team and wider agency, building your personal brand. Managing Execs & Coordinators, ensuring their development and the accuracy of their output. Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner. Working closely with Managers and Directors to ensure quality control processes are adhered to. Sharing knowledge, innovations, and insights with the wider team. Administration Full accountability for monthly invoicing, ensuring no errors and timely completion. Reconciles budgets and executes any necessary changes. Forecasts spend and revenue, flagging any potential over/under servicing with the director. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Preferably a University degree or higher education qualifications. Expert understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media Marketing, backed by relevant experience. Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, Power Point, and Excel. Excellent ability to analyze and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting. BEHAVIOURS Develops professional relationships with internal teams, media partners & clients.
