About the role
As a Customer Experience Specialist - Trainee, you will embark on a journey to learn, develop, and implement the various functions of this critical role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an unparalleled experience, from their first inquiry to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the automotive industry and contribute to our success.
Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
* Master product knowledge to deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to customers.
* Build strong customer relationships by clearly explaining product benefits and anticipating needs.
* Provide exceptional support through, answering questions about vehicles, products, and financial services.
* Assist with test drives, delivery, and sales documentation, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
* Utilize web-based systems to keep customer information accurate and support the sales process.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
* A strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or the automotive industry.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to adapt your approach to suit individual customer needs.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Suite and digital platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and a commitment to professionalism and integrity
