About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Administration Staff Grade 5 to join our team at Sutherland Hospital. The successful applicant will provide day-to-day supervision and leadership of Team Leaders and Patient Services Assistants in the Domestic Services Department.
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead Team Leaders and Patient Services Assistants in the Domestic Services Department
* Ensure cleaning, waste management, stores, and linen distribution services comply with NSW Health, SESLHD, and Domestic Services policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to perform operational tasks while managing competing work priorities
* In-depth knowledge and experience of domestic services operations
* Ability to determine priorities for others, allocate tasks, and monitor work performance
What We Offer
* $72,195.31 per annum plus Superannuation
* 38 hours per week
* Rotating roster and weekend work required
