An IT Delivery/Project Manager would be required to demonstrate the following:Experience in working in Federal Government managing the delivery of large and/or complex IT projects.Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary project teams and/or other departmental teams to plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope, timeframe, and budget.Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing high-quality project artefacts within tight deadlines.Ability to develop and mature project artefacts such as project plans, scope, timeframes, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.Ability to present material to diverse stakeholders, including business and Senior Executives.Strong governance experience with the ability to prepare program artefacts and present information in a business-ready format.Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, critically assess information, and clearly present options/solutions to diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical and/or complex concepts via presentations, documentation, and diagrams in a business-ready format.Experience developing and presenting papers and briefing material to stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated personal resilience and proven ability to handle ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure.
