This is a Full-Time position based at our Perth office, with occasional travel to our clients' sites. For this role, ideally you will have a trade background within either Mechanical or Electrical & experience working within Fixed Plant Mining Maintenance. Exposure to planning/supervisory of teams is highly regarded. This is an interesting role where you will work across a diverse & complex scope of work to give you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects & services. Coordination & engagement with our Mechanical & Electrical site crews – being proactively involved with our crews with regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team. Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in new markets. Providing expertise on services available within the Group. A strong background in a similar role within Fixed Plant Maintenance / Infrastructure Maintenance or supply services companies. Trade background (ideal but not essential). Outstanding customer relations and people management skills. Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships, and execute plans. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. High-level communication and negotiating skills. Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite.
