* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Develop and implement strategic account plans
* Regular communication with key accounts to monitor health of the account
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.
* Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization.
* Pro-actively identify gaps in current process and systems and offer solutions for improvement.
Minimum Qualification
* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
* 5 plus years experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Essentials:
* Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application
* Experience with a ticketing system
* Experience in e-commerce
* Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM)
* Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation
* Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team
* Amenable to work +or - 4 hours CET

* Experience in Global Trade
* Knowledge of German language
