Perform general administrative tasks, including answering calls. Listen to and action voicemails promptly.
Assist in sending emails professionally and efficiently.
Engage with parents when they visit the office. Handle bookings, cancellations and absences.
Provide bank account details and generate payment codes.
Update and maintain parent and child information, including addresses and emergency contacts.
Process enrolments and re-enrolment forms. Maintain center waitlists and offer places weekly.
Take EFTPOS payments accurately and securely.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Copy, scan and print Documents as necessary. Laminate, bind, and shred documents as required. Rename and organise scans systematically.
Call New Era Printer issues. Refill paper and resolve paper jams. Assist Supervisors with printing and copying needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Problem solving and proactive attitude.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently and part of a team.
