Job Description Reporting directly to the MD and CFO, the Management Accountant is responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing effective and accurate accounting systems and processes. The position will involve:
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, budget projections, P&L statements, and assist with tendering and contract activities.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage financial transactions, tax implications, and regulatory compliance.Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist managers in budget preparation, forecasting, and maintaining the integrity of financial coding and expenditure.End-to-End Accounting Support: Provide comprehensive accounting assistance and support for internal stakeholders and external partners.Adherence to Organisational Values & Compliance: Embrace the organisation's vision and values, ensuring compliance with policies, codes of conduct, and relevant legislation.The Successful Applicant The Successful Applicant will have: 5+ years of experience in an accounting role from a non-profit environment.CPA or CA qualified.Strong experience handling and negotiating grants.High level interpersonal and communication skills including experience dealing with stakeholders.Strong reporting and analytical skills and experience in producing comprehensive financial and accounting reports.Financial modelling experience desirable.PowerBI experience desirable.What's on Offer Competitive Salary + Salary Sacrifice.A great team environment working under a knowledgeable leader.Laptop and work phone provided.Free parking on site.#J-18808-Ljbffr
