We are looking for an experienced banker with well-developed business lending and credit analysis skills, as well as significant knowledge ofmercial markets, your proven and proactive approach to business development and sales background will be the way you value customers in everything you do will motivate and bring you success.

As a Senior Business Relationship Manager, you'll get to:
1. Manage and grow amercial portfolio withplex lending typically in the range of $ $10 million TAE across a variety of industries: deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers.
2. Connect with your customers through quality conversations to design and deliver innovative, holistic and needs-based financial solutions that will help to grow their business.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders: form partnership relationships with Consumer Regional Managers and branch managers, coach and lead education of Branch teams, build trusted relationships with Credit Risk.
4. Develop and implement localised plans to raise the profile of yourself and the bank in themunity, including building strong networks with local industry, business andmunity groups.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in Bendigo. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of 3 days in a local office per week.
