The role ensures the stability, integrity and optimal performance of our Property applications, Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365 applications, Cloud / Azure solutions / databases and Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Microsoft Dataverse technologies).The role ensures outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything, by delivering, improving and supporting enterprise wide IT applications that exceed business requirements in regards to system performance, security, defined SLA’s and helping ensure solutions are documented and followed.Key responsibilities will include:Support the company’s Microsoft solutions including M365 applications, Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI, Pages and Dataverse), OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Business Central.Provide end-to-end support for Service Desk tickets relating to core business systems and applications. Support in the effective daily running, administration, installation, management, security and monitoring of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, Microsoft Azure environment and Power Platform.Support in the management, maintenance and monitoring of our Property solutions (Reapit, PIQ), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Salesforce environment.Assist with the configuration and support of corporate databases across our business applications, including Microsoft Dataverse technologies and Microsoft SQL Server.Ensure that documentation relating to business systems and applications are maintained to a high standard and remains up-to-date, accurate, reliable and secure.Perform regular application administration and maintenance tasks including user/group administration, access / security permissions, monitoring, troubleshooting faults and group policies.Sounds interesting? What we are looking forOutstanding customer service along with excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) to continuously liaise with internal and external clients.One (1) to Three (3) years plus experience in a similar IT Application Support Engineer role, supporting Microsoft 365 (e.g. Office, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics), Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SQL Server databases.Good hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems and cloud solutions.PowerShell knowledge is desirable.One or more of the following Microsoft certifications would be desirable:Microsoft Certified Applications Specialist (MCAS)Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)Microsoft Dynamics 365 FundamentalsMicrosoft 365 AdministratorMicrosoft Azure AdministratorYour can-do attitude, exceptional customer service and time management skills will ensure success in this busy role.
