As a key player in enhancing our customers' banking experience, you will be responsible for turning contact centre and self-generated leads into satisfied customers by providing great outcomes.
You will engage with Network Partners to generate customers from agreed employer visits, ensuring that every customer interaction is quick, easy, and expertly managed. In this role, you will thrive on delivering the highest level of service, managing your own portfolio, and meeting activity targets.
You will collaborate with internal partners to support a seamless customer experience and deliver professional messages with a unified business voice. Your ability to identify prospective customers, manage leads, and achieve application and settlement targets will be key to helping us meet our growth objectives.

You have a sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong community relationships set you apart. You are technically sound in business development principles and have a general understanding of market and competitor developments.
