If you're looking for a workplace that values flexibility, development, and teamwork, this is the opportunity for you Job Description Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include: Reconciling bank statements, preparing payments and processing supplier invoices Managing the 3-way matching process between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts Ensuring the timely processing of stock invoices and credit notes Accurately entering and coding invoices into the accounting system Preparing and processing payment runs Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies promptly Assisting with ad hoc duties as needed The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing within the technology or telecommunications industry. You will also have at least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced Excel skills are essential. You must be available to start immediately and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
