ORIX is at the forefront of fleet management, leasing, and financial solutions, with operations spanning Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our Group Risk & Compliance team.
This pivotal role will support ORIX in embedding a risk-based compliance culture and maintain high standards of governance across the business.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Conduct due diligence on suppliers as part of our supplier management process.
* Monitor employee requests for compliance with our Gifts, Hospitality, Donations, and Sponsorships policies.
* Oversee and manage the compliance inbox, including assessing and analysing complaints data.
* Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager in risk management initiatives.
* Manage whistleblower programs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
* Positively contribute to the team demonstrating ORIX’s values and behaviors in everything you do.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
* 2 years' experience in risk, compliance, audit ideally within an in-house function or consulting firm.
* Ability to work autonomously with self-motivation and resilience.
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in MS Office.
* Collaborative mindset, a commitment to excellence, and adaptability to changing technologies.
This position is a 6 month, part time, fixed term contract - 20 hours per week.
