What You'll Do: As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll support the development and delivery of renewable energy projects. You’ll be involved in: Project Development & Growth: Assess and develop new generation and storage opportunities. Conduct solar and wind resource assessments, and support site visits to evaluate project suitability. Project Procurement & Delivery: Assist in the procurement of technical documentation, support project delivery, and help ensure contractor adherence to project specifications. Financial Management: Help prepare budgets and provide technical inputs to business cases to ensure successful project outcomes. Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety while adhering to Mint’s environmental and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform engineering analyses for solar, wind, and storage technologies. Support project design, optimization, and resource assessment activities. Help ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed expectations. Provide technical guidance during the procurement, delivery, and operational phases of projects. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have: A degree in Engineering (or related technical discipline). At least 3 years of experience in solar resource assessments and solar engineering services. Proficiency in PVsyst and strong numeracy skills for managing large datasets. Familiarity with QGIS or other GIS software is favorable. A keen interest in renewable energy and a strong desire to work on innovative projects. Why ?
