Role Overview:
The People & Culture Business Partner is the subject matter expert (SME) for IntelliHR, managing the system and supporting processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, contract management, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement. In close collaboration with the Manager of People & Culture, you'll ensure these processes are implemented and optimised to align with the organisation's strategic objectives. You will provide contemporary HR advice to enhance employee experience and partner with leaders at all levels to offer coaching, workforce planning, and performance solutions. By attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent, you will help ensure the right people are in the right roles, at the right time, to maximise client and stakeholder satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Cultivating a Shared and Trusted Culture: Design and implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, while conducting surveys to gauge and enhance employee satisfaction.
Talent Management: Oversee dynamic talent acquisition, implement sustainable learning and development programs, and develop strategies to retain emerging talent, create succession plans, and reduce turnover.
Employee Relations Advice: Provide advice on human resource matters and assist in resolving workplace matters to ensure the organisation is operating in a compliant and risk-mitigation environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end MTA recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates.
Performance Management: Support managers in maximising the performance and engagement of their staff, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and legislation.
HR Administration, Compliance, and Analytics: Oversee and coordinate aspects of the IntelliHR system, ensure compliance with mandatory checks, and contribute to reporting and policy reviews.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources Management and/or relevant experience (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, including end-to-end recruitment and selection.
Skills and Attributes: Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, coaching, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify emerging workforce trends and address ER and IR issues. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and maturity. Technical expertise in HRIS.
Certifications: Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain) and National Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain).
