Your new role:
We are seeking multiple Future Student Advisors to join our Curtin Connect Advisory Team. In this impactful role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational journey of our domestic prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality service to prospective students and their influencers across a variety of enquiry channels including phones, in person appointments, online enquiries and events.
* Be the go-to contact for prospective student queries relating to course information, entry requirements, alternative pathways, admissions, enrolment, scholarships, and fees.
* Maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders such as University Marketing, Domestic Admissions, and Faculty staff.
* Support marketing campaigns and assist with targeting specific audiences through service delivery and outreach.
Requirements:
* Completion of degree; or completion of a diploma with considerable relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Demonstrated experience in customer service delivery and a personal commitment to continually achieving a high level of client satisfaction.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage own work activities and priorities to meet work area requirements and deadlines.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to use discretion and knowledge to determine appropriate actions.
* Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills with ability to construct documentation and articulate information clearly and professionally.
