Responsibilities:
1. Manage the operational requirements of the venue and provide leadership and direction
2. Lead the selection, training and development of team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
3. Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is effective and efficient
4. Assist with the development and implementation of business plans for the venues
5. Implement strategies to increase repeat guests and positive guest experiences
6. Communicate and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service standards are maintained
7. Ensure the department is compliant with policies, procedures - including Liquor Licensing, WH&S and Food Safety
Requirements:
* Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience within a high-end venue
* Ability to identify and drive additional revenue & business opportunities
* Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
* Strong stakeholder management experience, people leadership and team engagement skills
* Highly organised, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detail
* Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol – RMLV/Approved Manager an advantage
