About the role
My client is looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Coordinator to manage and deliver marketing and sales administration tasks. You'll have the chance to engage with customers, dealers, subsidiaries, production facilities, and industry partners. As a leader in the team, you'll oversee the Sales Administrator and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement, accuracy, and efficiency. This role will allow you to make a meaningful impact and grow your career in a dynamic, supportive setting.
Your tasks will cover a number of focus areas which have been divided below:
Marketing and event tasks
1. Run the SLT (Senior Leadership team) marketing coordination for meetings
2. Manage bookings within the media outlets
3. Generate content/proofs/articles &/or advertisements
4. Prepare marketing material for promotions
5. Manage the LinkedIn profile/account to maximise exposure
6. Maintain and update the events calendar
7. Project manage events
Administration and finance tasks
8. Capture market leads (email & calls) in the CRM (Leads database)
9. Configure the quotations to ensure the scope of offer meets the CRS
10. Provide accurate quotes to the customer
11. Updating and administration of the quote register
12. Input, update & maintain the information for the Sales to get, Backlog & PO register
13. Accurately prepare purchase orders to the factory based upon agreed & current quotes
14. Provide purchase orders and maintain the open orders system
15. Prepare & send invoices for customers
16. Prepare sales analysis reports
17. Create, maintain and manage printed and online materials to ensure consistency of information
18. Ensure sufficient stock is located within correct locations
About you
19. A minimum of 4 years prior experience in coordination and production of marketing materials
20. High-level written communication skills
21. Prior experience with managing corporate online social media campaigns
22. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
23. Commitment to outstanding customer service
24. Attention to detail
25. Efficient and organised approach
26. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
27. Positive and co-operative team member
28. Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
29. Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident and able to undertake a pre-employment medical check.
