As a Senior Manager, Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading transformational initiatives across our global organization. This is not a behind-the-scenes role—you'll roll up your sleeves to deliver practical, human-centered change that prioritizes employees and delivers real results.
Reporting to the Director, Change Management, who is based in Melbourne, you can be based in a Worley location in either Australia, Europe, Middle East or Canada with a hybrid, flexible working arrangement.
What you'll do Support transformation projects, including digital shifts, process improvements, and cultural changes. Engage with teams to implement change, facilitate workshops, and manage risks and challenges. Prioritize the employee experience by designing tailored strategies for stakeholder engagement. Manage complex, cross-functional projects and ensure seamless execution across teams. Assess readiness for change, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Collaborate with communications and training leads to deliver clear messaging and impactful learning materials. Monitor progress, gather feedback, and optimize change efforts for long-term success. Partner with leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals and future ways of working. What you'll have Proven experience in managing complex change initiatives. Expertise in human-centered change with a focus on employee engagement and support. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and stakeholders. Analytical abilities to assess change readiness and impact. Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
