We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to join our management team who will be able to lead by example, provide and drive exceptional customer service throughout the venue.
We are a small team and always looking to improve and provide the best service possible. As Assistant Manager, you will work with the management team to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the club.
You will play a key role in:
delivering exceptional guest experiences leading, training & supporting staff driving best practice solutions within the team ensuring compliance with company & government rules & legislation Monday to Wednesday: 2pm – 10.30pm
Thursday & Friday: 4pm – 12.00am
(occasional weekends & some public holidays required)
Rosters are done in advance & arranging time off is quite manageable.
