Projects range from electronic medical records, patient portals, identity, and access management through to core medical systems upgrade and integration.Joining a dynamic team and reporting to the PMO Manager, the PMO Lead is responsible for:Coordination of quarterly planning and review processMaintenance of PPM data quality and supporting the development of metrics, reporting and dashboards across the portfolio.Supporting resource demand and capacity management and vendor engagementMaintenance of the Portfolio RAID registerProduction of governance meeting packs and project status report quality reviewsSupporting the development of project frameworks and Agile ways of workingYour Key Skills And ExperienceExperience in project practices, methodologies and structured delivery including AgileConfident in aligning project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of status, forecasts, progress and plansExcellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work in both a team environment and autonomouslyExceptional attention to detail, well organised and deadline drivenAdaptable, resilient and willing to learn new methods and tools in an evolving work contextDesirableExperience with diverse stakeholders in agreeing templates, lifecycles and governance structuresKnowledge of project management tools or systems including AgileKnowledge of estimation and sizing processesPipeline, backlog or similar prioritisation experienceBenefitsProfessional Advancement: Recognition and Professional Development.
