About the Role:
* Working Monday to Friday in our Orange Location office.

Snapshot of Your Day:
* You will proactively welcome all visitors and offer your assistance.
* Action all requests in a timely manner and to a high standard.
* You will manage customer and visitor interactions.
* You will be responsible for access card administration for both visitors and staff.
* You will manage mail and advise customers of any deliveries.
* You will oversee meeting room bookings and cleanliness.
* You will conduct floor walks throughout the day.
* You will work as a team, assisting where needed, and practicing effective and professional communication among team members.
About You:
* You have strong reception, front office, hospitality/customer service experience.
* You possess professional written and verbal communication skills.
* You have a passion for people and customer service.
* You can work under pressure and multitask effectively.
* You are a team player.
