The Benetas team are driven by purpose, genuine care and spirit to deliver our mission of helping older Victorians live their best lives.The Promotions and Project Administrator, The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing, supported by Benetas, is responsible for the project administrative, project and promotion support of The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing and contributes to the delivery of the objectives agreed with the Department of Health and Aged Care under the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) program.In this role, you will support and deliver the administrative, event, design, and promotional activities (such as website, podcasts and social media) to ensure The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing’s projects operate efficiently.Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:Support the design and delivery of CCDA training (workshops and webinars), conferences, and events, including those in regional Victoria.Support with the administrative requirements and assist with some content compilation of the CCDA’s online presentations (particularly for the diversity webinars).Support the management of regular uploads and maintenance of existing resources on the CCDA website and with the support of CCDA’s website provider.Develop CCDA’s social media posts and schedules and maintain the CCDA’s social media and YouTube accounts.Project support for social media good practice examples by interviewing leaders in the aged care sector and placing interviews on the LinkedIn platform and website.Undertake desktop research, develop interview questions, and invite podcast guests as part of facilitating the CCDA’s inclusive care podcast series (‘one size doesn’t fit all’).Assist with planning and delivery of projects at the CCDA including administrative duties and contributing to CCDA and PCD team meetings as required.Process invoices and keep track of budgets and project expenditure associated with the The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing (CCDA).Design (using Canva) and compile promotional material and resource development.Respond to communication enquiries.To help you achieve this, ideally you’ll have:Qualification or degree in project coordination, marketing and promotion or administration with proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar role.Good stakeholder and relationship management skills.Experience in resource development.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail to monitor project variables.Excellent knowledge of a range of software programs – Canva or Indesign, Microsoft Office, Google Drive.Excellent understanding of using social media to engage our community.Experience in website development and YouTube.Experience working with older people, community organisations and aged care services.Why work with us?An exciting Full Time (1 FTE) role ending 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension.Not-for-profit salary packaging for $15,800 per year for general bills and expenses, plus an additional $2,500 for meals and entertainment - offering you more take home pay with less tax + novated car leasing opportunities.Our Support Office in Hawthorn East has access to free parking, a train close by, two shopping villages, a gym, and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby.A proven history of internal career progression and opportunities for you to move within Benetas so your story with us continues.A leadership team that leads by example and builds supportive environments that promote collaboration and feedback.Part of an organisation that lives its values of Respect, Community, Spirit and Responsibility.Interested in applying:The successful candidate will need to undertake a police check.Please submit a current resume and a short cover letter addressing your relevant Qualifications and Essential Skills and Experience under the Selection Criteria - no more than 2 pages.
