Who are we looking for?
We are seeking Registered Nurses to provide leadership and supervision to our dedicated Care Workers. You will be responsible for leading our team in the delivery of person-centred care, providing guidance and acting as a point of escalation for issues. With effective interpersonal skills and the ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations, you will provide quality individualised nursing care.
These are night duty shifts areRNIC shifts which requires previous experience working in Aged Care.
We currently have 11 vacant shifts available including weekends!
What can you expect to be doing?
15. Provide quality nursing care to our residents through assessment and care planning, ensuring care needs of our residents are met at the highest standard
16. Act as a role model to other staff, providing coaching and mentoring where required
17. Provide a service that meets the needs our residents and enhances their quality of life
18. Assist to coordinate and maintain a quality system and strive for continuous improvement
19. Maintain a strong resident focus and an empathetic and compassionate approach with residents and families
20. Lead from the front and delegate tasks appropriately amongst staff
What do you need to bring?
21. Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent)
22. Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
23. At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
24. Ability to lead your colleagues, and build effective relationships with residents, and their families
25. Proficiency in clinical documentation in line with nursing competency standards
