About the Role: As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers on a variety of construction projects. You will assist in project management, coordination, and administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Coordination: Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
* Document Control: Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.
* Contract Administration: Execute contracts, manage change orders, and approve invoices.
* Project Controls: Monitor project progress, track costs, and generate reports.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in construction management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with project management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
