The Role
We are seeking a Centre Manager to lead the team at Woollards Auto Body Works in Shepparton.
As a Centre Manager, you will take ownership of our repair centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team.
You will have a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Responsibilities
* Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
* Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure the site operates profitability and prepares P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.
* Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
* Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe work environment by following WHS policies and procedures and reporting safety incidences/near misses.
Requirements
* Trade Qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter or similar role within Automotive.
* Highly motivated and driven to exceed targets.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Appropriate Australian work rights.
