Head of Department – Child & Family Psychologist Key Responsibilities: Assess and provide intervention for children (ages 0-16) with developmental needs. Deliver weekly, intensive, and group therapy sessions tailored to family goals. Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside Speech Therapists, OTs, Physiotherapists, and more. Oversee the expansion of the psychology department, including hiring and mentoring psychologists. Lead psychometric assessments and report writing (WISC-V, ADOS-II, ADI-R, etc.). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services. Play a key role in strategic planning and program growth.
