What you will enjoy doing As Transport Solutions Manager, you will provide support and guidance to scheduling and distribution teams driving best practices across Australia and New Zealand.You will contribute to generating value by leading productivity & digitalization initiatives, proposing optimization opportunities, and implementing safe, innovative, and cost-effective transport solutions.Source innovative and best suitable transport solutions and services.
Establish & effectively manage relationships with major distribution suppliers.Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and support the implementation of transport safety initiatives.Support periodic reviews to ensure Contractor's compliance with Linde safety requirements.Provide leadership, operational, financial, and project governance expertise for logistics-related initiatives.What makes you great You hold a degree in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.You come with more than 5 years of experience in a dynamic environment leading Transportation Operations and/or Optimization.Hands-on experience in Contract & Project Management.You are process-driven, hold analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with a passion to drive continuous improvement.You have excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes, and develop diverse high-performance teams.Why you will love working with us At Linde, we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
