They have exciting opportunities available for a Warehouse Team Lead/Leading Hand who will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting warehouse operations. Position brief details below: Shifts on offer are Monday - Friday with overtime where required. Shift time will be 9:54am - 6PM ASAP start for successful applicant Pay rate will be $41 per hour Overtime rates Temp with View for Permanency Within this hands on role You will be required, but no limited to the following duties: Support managers in daily operations, focusing on safety and quality. Coordinate with managers to prioritize tasks for the team. Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and deadlines. Set up work areas with necessary resources and components. Maintain accurate RF and computer operations, with precise data entry. Handle paperwork and documentation accurately. Lead team in container unpacking, meeting KPIs. Receive inbound deliveries and manage stock putaway for efficient picking. Maintain inventory accuracy through effective housekeeping. Ensure clean and orderly work areas consistently. Manage non-conformance, rework, and returns. Dispose of pallets and waste streams safely. Conduct end-of-shift checks to ensure completion of tasks. Provide on-the-job training for team members. Prepare VAS mock-ups to meet quality and customer expectations. Support other departments for smooth material flow and timely deliveries. Prepare and distribute warehouse reports. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and legislation. Perform any other required duties such as Operating high reach forklift, putaways, loading and unloading trucks. To be considered for this role you will need to have the following: Current Current Forklift License a MUST Minimum 2 years' Experience operating counter balance and High reach forklifts Experience within a similar role highly desirable need to be self motivated HACCAP Awareness and food safety awareness Attention to detail Sound understanding of COR experience within in a fast paced environment Can commit to Monday- Friday morning shifts Flexible to work weekend shifts where required Can start ASAP Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs if needed Reliable transportation Good communication The right candidate is offered: Excellent workplace culture & working environment Job Security Full time hours with OT available provided morning tea and lunch on Fridays Fruit box weekly ( Mondays and Wednesday) You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with a Drug and Alcohol test. >
