About the opportunity:
The Member Solutions Consultant is part of the Member
Services team, within the Brand and Member Engagement Directorate
of Super SA. The Member Services team is Super SA’s key
customer facing area with member interactions occurring across
various contact channels including voice, email and counter
(face-to-face).
Responsibilities include maintaining advanced knowledge of Super SA
administered schemes and products; responding to member enquiries
within defined service level times; supporting members and staff in
the resolution of escalated or complex Super SA related enquiries
and conducting member appointments both via telephone and
face-to-face.
About you
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who
are excited by the prospect of helping our members achieve
financial security and well-being into their retirement.
Communication skills are a vital to the success of this role.
Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, with the
ability to communicate effectively and empathetically to a diverse
audience.
Candidates should have outstanding service delivery skills as well
as a demonstrated ability to effectively manage their own
performance, whilst being adaptive and accountable for changing
workloads and service demands.
Prior experience in frontline service delivery or contact centre
environments will be highly regarded.

ASO4 – $76,561 min - $80,256 max per annum, plus
superannuation
