If you’re looking for adventure and the exciting lifestyle change that the Kimberley can provide, this opportunity is for you.About the RoleAviair is seeking 5 highly motivated and customer service-focused individuals to come onboard as a Client Experience Officer.As a Client Experience Officer, you are the first point of contact in ensuring our guests and passengers have an amazing experience. We are looking for customer-focused, positive individuals who are motivated to manage all aspects of the reservations experience and provide operational support to the fixed-wing flights. Each day is different, so whether you’re tailoring unique tourism packages, coordinating with our remote bases, operating check-in and dispatch flight procedures, or booking in travel experiences, you must have the ability to think on your feet and value teamwork.Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Role Include:Maintain an exemplary level of customer service within our office and terminal.Strong interpersonal skills required to respond to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.Follow daily procedures as outlined in checklists and manuals; be the point of contact for charter clients and scheduled services with regard to schedule changes, delays, and general enquiries.Coordinate reservations and logistics of all flights and ground components, including support service providers, such as fuel orders, accommodation, landing requests, and bay bookings.Maintain product knowledge of all tours and accommodation offered by Aviair.Facilitate flight departure and arrival operational requirements, perform passenger check-in and baggage acceptance procedures, as well as coordinating in and outbound freight.Manage booking details with Tour Hosts and drivers in the lead-up to departures, ensuring coach and cruise bookings are correctly entered into the respective Reservations systems.Manage the office-based procedures for the Aviair terminal, including administration, mail, banking, and management of office supplies.Collate and develop daily reports for review.The Successful Applicant Will Have:Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role.Previous aviation experience desirable.Ability to obtain and hold ASIC.Hold a current motor vehicle driver’s license.Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to be self-motivated and work without daily direction.Approachable and friendly with a positive attitude.Team player with the ability to take ownership of their role whilst providing support to other key staff within the business.What We Offer You:Salary between $74,000 – $78,000 dependent on experience.Personal development opportunities to grow in a diverse, inclusive company.A great team environment.Salary Sacrifice / salary packaging benefits (including remote area housing benefits).To apply, please submit your current CV and a brief cover letter addressing your suitability for the position.
