Bundaberg Motor Group’s multi-franchised Dealership with 10 new car brands is the largest Dealership in the Wide Bay region. Due to expanding growth, we are on the lookout for a Fleet Sales Specialist to join our team.
With strong automotive brands knowledge behind you, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships for continued business development opportunities.

Job Description
Previous experience in B2B sales is highly desirable, and the ability to work autonomously is essential. You need to be an energetic, capable self-motivator who can deliver on sales KPI’s and customer expectations. Your strong business acumen and work ethic will be essential in success in this role.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets in terms of unit volume and gross margin objectives by building and maintaining sales relationships and opportunities.
* Generate new business by researching and following up appropriate opportunities.
* Develop and maintain our prospect system via our DMS.
* Liaise with clients regarding current and future vehicle requirements.
* Maintain accuracy of order documentation and meet all legislative and process requirements.
* Form long term business partnerships with customers to leverage future sales.
* Create effective implementation plans to drive sales across the business.
* Co-ordinate vehicle deliveries through Dealer personnel in accordance with policy and procedure.
* Enhance the attractiveness of our fleet offering by developing sales tools and packages that incorporate Finance, Product Support and model selection information for individual fleet customers.
* Prepare quotes and sales contracts.
* Enhance the profitability of repeat business by ensuring all customer enquiries are promptly and effectively addressed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales/account management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* ‘Units’ experience highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people.
* Ability to build effective relationships with customers.
* Leadership and time management skills essential.
* Knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry or similar will be highly regarded.
* Business management finance and insurance knowledge highly desirable.
* Problem solving and customer management skills essential.
