What you'll do Own scheduling and calendar management across multiple time zonesKeep recruiting workflows on track, including interview scheduling and candidate communicationsTrack expenses and assist with reimbursements and light finance adminSupport onboarding and offboarding tasks for new team membersHelp with logistics and team coordination across internal projects and eventsTake on admin tasks and help maintain clean, smooth internal processesUse tools like Gmail, Slack, Notion, Calendly, ChatGPT, and moreWhat we're looking for Super reliable and detail-oriented.
